Do you need site or project management input for your works? Your project may be a refurbishment of an old building or the construction of a new build property, either way the processes are similar, but the materials and techniques will be different!

All building and construction projects need a structured approach from knowing your exit, to determining the concept and estimating the costs involved. This project planning step by step is crucial, detailed and a task often outsourced.

We are familiar with the Building Regulations & Inspection process, CDM Regulations, Certification, Client obligations, Contracts, Estimation & Budgeting, Schedule of Works, Site Health & Safety, Site Investigation. Specification of Works, Statutory Approvals.

Assisting with your project needs

If you are doing a refurbishment, conversion, or scheme of works of any magnitude it’s probably worth speaking to a Project Manager as early in the project as possible as we know we could help your planning application.

We can assist with your necessary documentation to raise finance including cost estimation, site specification and Gantt Charts for project planning!

We can also act as client’s agent, consultant, and trouble-shooters on a range of technical issues. If you need experienced input whether on small issues worth a few hundred pounds through to full project management of large schemes up to £2m we can help!

We are familiar with all trades and can help you to factor all contractors into your Project Plan.
