In Brief, an area of garden close to a university, where full planning permission was obtained for x2 pairs of semi-detached, houses. This build to rent scheme was for each house to provide x4 en-suite bedrooms suitable for either the student rental market or blue collar workers. This project was appraised, costed and finance arranged for the purchase and development. Project management responsibility together with site agent services was taken on board, and works included piled foundations, a retaining wall and the four traditionally built new houses.
