Client Brief, to identify a number of properties to provide ‘Holiday & Serviced Accomodation’ units, aimed at visitors to the area & people working away from home. These properties were sourced, project management of all refurbishment works, followed by internal decoration and provision of interior design services.
Full photographic & descriptive services were provided and these projects were then set up on booking sites, utilising channel managers Eviivo.com or Kigo.net. Professional cleaning service companies were interviewed and retained together with property maintenance & trades to ensure certification and standards are upheld.
